We the People

of the United States of America 

who have been targeted, tortured  and terrorized

by covert intelligence and military operations

are urgently requesting an immediate investigation

and a complete halt to this reign of terror

on innocent, law abiding citizens and their families.

I am an adult victim of MkUltra/Project Artichoke Trauma Based Mind Control Programming since birth, and I am aware that I have 13 programmed alters which can only be summoned with very specific code words during hypnosis. I have special gifts and abilities which I cannot access right now because they are compartmentalized. I am in desperate need of re-integration and healing so I can live a happier and more productive life.

I am told I was a 'star baby' who was incubated in a cryo tank for the first three months and born to surrogate parents to raise with a bloodline that was intended to cryogenically procreate with an Operation Paperclip clone. This was a eugenics project funded by David Rockefeller to create an NWO Leader. Because I was uncooperative, I was punished and demoted to 'Breeder'. They eventually stole my ovaries and auctioned off all my eggs. I am now 44 years old, and as far as I can tell, I am of no use to them anymore beyond basic HUMINT collections, which is ongoing.

My surrogate father, Christopher John Wellons, works for the CIA under a new name and identity (probably working in high level management under the fictitious name Christopher Ratko). His father, James Thomas Wellons, was a NASA funded Aerospace Engineer for the Department of Defense (DOD). I later found out, per former BlackOp Aerospace Engineer, Wally Uribe and the latest INTEL gathered by CIA's Special Activities Division managing the Truth Room in Project Artichoke, that Dr. Josef Mengele is the real identity of James Thomas Wellons. Sometime later, James Thomas Wellons assumed the identity of Steve Rabel and lived in New Jersey.

Because I declined Nazi membership and refused to marry Erik Leutenecker of Orinda California, I have been targeted for elimination. Much to their dismay, I have survived all of their attacks. But the war is ongoing. No matter what I try to do to defend myself, I continue to suffer from causal stalking, rogue non-consensual testing, and targeted assassination of myself and my 19-year old daughter, Gabriella, by international criminals employed in U.S. government positions (San Diego County California Fusion Center: FBI-CIA-NSA-DA-DOD).

Since the 9/11 attacks and the Patriot Act, my daughter and I have also become victims of Satellite Surveillance and Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM). In December of 2001, while I was working for Dr. George Wellman and Dr. Mark T. Nelson as a Graduate Teaching & Research Fellow for the University of Vermont (UVM) Department of Pharmacology, I was Nano-chipped in my eyes and RFID microchipped in my Temporomandibular Joints (TMJ's) by a Dr. Robert Monsey at the the Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vermont. As part of the Navy funded non-consensual medical experimentation, a team of Nazi research physicians clamped down on my brain magnetite to monitor me 24/7/365 with Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) via Satellite Surveillance. Since this time, my daughter and I have been gang stalked by Drug & Human Traffickers in government positions who are engaging in a massive COINTELPRO campaign to sabotage us and strip us down to zero resources. 

In 2010, after I reported a crime to the law enforcement, they retaliated against me by placing me on a 5150 (Involuntary Psychiatric Hold) while they kidnapped my daughter and placed her in custody of the State. It took me 4 months to prove my innocents and to recover custody of my daughter after they tried to terminate my parental rights.

I am currently monitored by an Rogue COINTELPRO FBI Agent named Phill Mouvet who lives next door to me in an apartment complex in Carlsbad, California. I have been attacked with the so called Non Lethal Weapons (NLW) and Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) and exposed to Silent Sound Subliminal Systems (SSSS). Government agents are also using an Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) or Ultra Low Frequency (ULF) mind control machine with a dial and one central antenna to induce a state of hypnosis for interrogative purposes and for mind control and behavior manipulations.

There are 83 Cell Towers and 178 Antennas within 4.0 miles of where I live causing electromagnetic pollution in the environment. I hear a high pitched ringing in my ears at all times called 'Artificial Tinnitus' and a low vibrational noise (or hum) outside while I sleep. Radiation poisoning is making me ill and causing me to suffer from a thyroid condition called Grave's disease. I have vision loss, weight gain, and hair loss. I am sleep deprived and cannot function well during the day. I worked two years into a Ph.D. in Cell & Molecular Biology and am unemployed, bankrupted, and defaulted on my school loans. To add insult to injury, I have been denied SSI disability benefits that I am entitled to receive. I currently have no earned or unearned income for basic survival.

Economic Terrorism to be Legalized Again

As Canadian Press reports Tuesday, it is a battle between the good guys and "illegal" supposedly criminals, operating outside the laws of Canada and the Province of Manitoba. The reality is that the immigrants who have come into our lands legislated their own laws to           legalize their right to use economic terrorism against the sovereign indigenous nations in Canada and United States. The Canadian media label First Nation sovereignty as "illegal", the courts which are financed, mandated and follow the laws legislated by the immigrant governments cannot recognize the rightful assertions of the first sovereigns of these lands. The question asked by the Dakota, "how did you get our lands" and "show me a treaty or any documents where we agreed to live under your laws" will not be answered by the judge. The charges of contempt of court however will be dealt with. We can expect the Dakota to be harshly dealt with by the white court. The question will then be, how do the Dakota react to the jailing of their leadership?

First Nations defend illegal Manitoba smoke shop in provincial court

BRANDON, Man. - Arriving on horseback — some wearing headdresses and carrying ceremonial staffs — members of a Manitoba First Nation appeared in court Tuesday to defend their right to operate an illegal smoke shop which sold half-price cigarettes.

The Dakota Chundee smoke shop south of Virden, Man., opened in 2011 and has been raided several times by police. The Dakota Chiefs in court in Brandon Manitoba are in danger of going to jail. Amongst the many charges they face is contempt of court. If Frank Brown and the Dakota leadership are thrown in jail, what will be the reaction of the Dakota people and other indigenous people in the Three Western Prairie Provinces.

Is it time meet economic terrorism with economic terrorism? The Dakota sit on the oil pipelines that send millions of barrels of oil every day to the United States. Six years ago, the National Day of Action set for June 29, 2007 wasn't taken seriously until the Chief of Birdtail Sioux First Nation joined in. The Canadian National Railway company stole land from the Birdtail Sioux in 1905 and built a rail line through the stolen land. It is still an unresolved issue today. 

Will the Dakota shut down that railway line if the Dakota leaders are jailed. Most of the Dakota Nations involved in the cigarettes have between 80 and 90% unemployment in their communities. There is more than enough anger to do blockades if the leaders are jailed. CN has picked up body parts on that railway line on Birdtail Sioux First Nation as youth, women and men committed suicide over the years by allowing the train to run over them.

Economic terrorism reversed

How would white people react to being stopped from doing business. The Judge in the Dakota court case may make his decision by Friday September 20, 2013. The reaction to the decision will be swift if it goes badly for the Dakota. Maybe it is time that the immigrant white people to know how it feels to deal with artificially imposed 60 to 95% unemployment.

Sixty million buffalo were killed in the 1800s to ensure that the Dakota could not feed their people. The United States Seventh Calvary slaughtered 300 men, women and children at Wounded Knee South Dakota in December 1890. From 1860 to 1890, hundreds of thousands of indigenous people were slaughtered or died from deliberately induced biological warfare as the United States expanded into Dakota territory. The Dakota in Canada lost all their lands in the United States, the Treaty of Fort Laramie never fulfilled. The real terrorists have never faced justice, economic terrorism in North America continues unabated. Whether it will be reversed or even recognized as a deliberate Genocide remains to be seen.

KINCARDINE—First Nations communities near Ontario Power Generation’s proposed nuclear waste disposal facility won’t be rushed into supporting the project, a federal hearing has been told.

The company has pledged not to proceed with the massive underground storage facility “until the Saugeen Ojibway Nations (SON) community is supportive of the project.”

But SON leaders told the opening day of hearings into the facility that they’ll insist on what could be a lengthy process. About 150 people showed up Monday for the opening of the hearings.

“The DGR (deep geologic repository) is a forever project,” Chief Randall Kahgee of the SON told the panel.

“If things go south in a hurry, where do our people go? We do not have the luxury of picking up and leaving.”

The SON’s traditional territory includes the Bruce nuclear site. Its people live in two principal communities, one near Southampton, the other near Wiarton.

“Who we are as a people is deeply linked with our homeland,” Kahgee said.

OPG wants to entomb low and intermediate level radioactive waste from all its nuclear stations in storage chambers carved into a limestone formation 680 metres deep. It will be on the site of the Bruce nuclear power station, with the main access shaft 1.2 kilometres from the shore of the lake.

OPG has promised not to proceed “until the SON community is supportive of the project.”

Kahgee told the three-member panel that the SON was never consulted when the huge Bruce nuclear power station was constructed, or when OPG first began storing waste on the site.

He said SON is willing to work toward a solution to the waste storage issue, but the formal brief submitted with his presentation underlines that the process may not be speedy.

“The letter is only the first step on a long road,” the brief warns. “SON and OPG must now build on the commitment to work together on a new model for decision-making in SON territory,” it says, and it cautions: “This will not be a quick or easy process.”

“SON communities do not currently have confidence in OPG’s assessment of the potential impacts and risks of the DGR project.”

The waste would not include used fuel, which is considered “high level” waste. A separate process is under way to pick a site to bury used fuel, which is known as high level waste.

Low-level waste includes items such as clothing worn by workers in radioactive areas, and mops or rags used in areas where there are low levels of radiation. Intermediate-level waste, such as components from reactor cores, can be highly radioactive, requiring shielding in radiation-proof containers for tens of thousands of years.

Laurie Swami, vice president of OPG, noted that low and intermediate waste from all the company’s reactors is currently stored in surface facilities on the Bruce property.

She said surface storage is not a long-term approach, however. The company needs to find a permanent solution for the waste to avoid passing responsibility to future generations, she said.

OPG wants to build a “deep geologic repository” or DGR to hold the waste. The facility will cover about 40 hectares, encompassing 31 storage rooms, each 250 metres long. They’ll be able to handle 200,000 cubic metres of waste – the amount to be generated by the operation of OPG’s current fleet of reactors for their lifetimes.

But if more reactors are built, Swami said, “we are confident that safe expansion of the DGR is possible.”

Swami said that the environmental and health effects of the site are “essentially zero.”

“It is OPG’s conclusion that the DGR project is not likely to result in any significant adverse effects on the environment.” Swami said.

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission has also concluded that the project will not likely have any significant impact.

The hearings are scheduled to last four weeks.

The federal panel must approve OPG’s proposal before it can proceed. The panel has commissioned a critique of OPG’s application, which says its analysis is “not credible,” “not defensible,” and “not reliable.”

toxic tar sands. This fall, a new and exciting chapter in that fight has
begun. On August 23, the Sierra Club filed suit to stop Enbridge's Flanagan
South tar sands pipeline. This pipeline would transport tar sands from Illinois
to Cushing, Oklahoma. The following week, on August 29, the Sierra Club
issued a research report showing that the Keystone XL pipeline would
significantly increase climate disruption and thus President Obama must not allow
it to proceed if he plans on keeping his promise to the American people.

The town of Nacahuil sits only an hour from Guatemala City, yet it has been largely spared the high rates of violence that have plagued Guatemala's capital in recent years. That all changed last Saturday. At around 11pm on September 7, unidentified men stalked through the town of about 7,500, gunning people down. When they finally fled in their stolen vehicle, 11 people were dead and at least a dozen were injured.  

Send an email to the Guatemalan government demanding a thorough investigation of this crime.

 Relatives of those killed in the attack suspect police involvement in the crime. This is based on witness accounts that police arrived 20-30 minutes before the shooting, passing through the same part of town where most of the victims were killed. The owner of a local bar was among the dead and a relative alleges that the police demanded a bribe from the owner, which he refused to pay.   

San José Nacahuil is the only indigenous community in the municipality of San Pedro Ayampuc. The population is made up of Maya Kaqchikel people. The town has a community police force and successfully maintained peace and security withoutoutside support. Residents expelled the national police six years ago, and local officials say that they have seen a reduction in crime since that time. 

 Interior Minister López Bonilla immediately blamed the attack on gangs and placed the community under the control of a special contingent of police and soldiers. Community authorities of San José Nacahuil, as well as other indigenous and grassroots organizations, have criticized Bonilla for attributing the crime to gangs without first undertaking an investigation, and they demanded that the police and military be removed from the community. Instead, the Interior Minister has asked President Pérez Molina to install a military detachment in the community. 

Ask the Guatemalan government not to impose police and military presence in Nacahuil.

Like many indigenous communities in Guatemala, the people of Nacahuil have suffered attempts to impose development projects without their consent. In response, many members of Nacahuil have participated in non-violent resistance movements, such as the ongoing peaceful road block at "La Puya" in the neighboring municipality of San José de Golfo to prevent the construction of the El Tambor gold mine.  

In other struggles against mega-development projects in Guatemala, including the Escobal silver mine in San Rafael las Flores and the Canbalam hydroelectric dam in Santa Cruz Barillas, the government has used violent incidences as a pretext to declare a state of siege, which suspends constitutional rights. In both instances, the government then arrested resistance movement leaders. Anti-mining activists have expressed concern that the violent incident will be used by the government as an excuse to militarize the region or crack down on protesters.  

Echoing Guatemalan organizations we call on the government to:

• Carry out a thorough and impartial investigation into Saturday's deadly attack, especially into allegations of police involvement
• Respect the rights of the residents of Nacahuil and the surrounding region
• Refrain from using police or military forces to crack down on local social movements
• Withdraw police and military from the community, as requested by local residents.

Come to think of it, I did mention on the telephone the multimillionaire shrimp boat drug dealer who has local law enforcement and a certain federal agency that begins with FB in his pocket. Gee ya think they were upset? I mean they illegally monitor our cell phones and internet. What's another law broken for them? They just want to harass us innocent people. Right?

they now have a sheriff's car patrol a person who is outside actually working on his farm, just to make sure he don't look at any of them Wasi'chu. So they don't get upset. Gee, I'm still trying figure out how you look dangerously at a person with a smile and no malice in your eyes.
