This is absolutely FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!
Scotlund Haisely was a an amazing director of the Washingon Animal Rescue League here in DC, then HSUS hired him after he was one of the first to go down to New Orleans to rescue Katrina animals and bring them back to the shelter. He was so good at what he did, HSUS hired him as the Director of Disaster Relief.......and now, In Defense of Animals in San Francisco has hired him as their new director although I don't know if he has moved there.
Nontheless, he is one man who NEVER stops to do what he can to alleiviate the pain and suffering of animals...any animal.
