Bank Illegally Takes The Home Of An Apache Lady With Terminal Cancer

On October 10th, Niko Black, a Native woman (Apache) with terminal cancer, was evicted from her Garden Grove home by Wells Fargo, with co-operation of the Orange County Sheriff's Department and complicity of the local police. This, despite Niko posting a Federal Court Order forbidding such action on her front door and filing it with local police agencies.
Black told the OC Weekly that fraudulent paper work was used to justify the eviction.
WHAT:
#FortHernandez will be holding a solidarity action at there local Wells Fargo branch. Calling on justice for Niko Black, demanding that Wells Fargo return her home to her and put an end to all their fraudulent foreclosure practices which they exercise nation wide.
