MNN. Jan. 31, 2013. We remember that Canadians elected megalomaniac Stephen Harper as CEO of the Corporation of Canada. His two main goals for the shareholders are to get rid of the landowners, the Indigenous people, once and for all, and to steal our resources for good.
Canada is a hot dictatorship. Harper can enact laws without consulting anyone. He can prorogue Parliament anytime to put the illusion of democracy on hold. He doesn’t have to answer to anybody. Two years ago the people could have pulled the plug on him. They did nothing.

Canadians, even though they may not like his genocide strategy, turn a blind eye. They are complicit in the genocide. When will they stop looking away while he puts Canada in all the wars of the black serpent, in Mali, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, Syria, and so on? Everybody will either end up dead or continue serving the male hierarchy as slaves.
Residential Schools are their monuments to remind us of Canada’s trail towards fascism and mass murder. 50% of our children were killed. Hitler studied and perfected this death camp system with a 100% death rate.
The masses erase from their memory all the crimes committed against us to get what they have today. The thugs of the royal economic crime syndicates are setting up their machinery of global mass murder in Canada because they think Canadians will not resist, “We need the jobs. We have to follow orders!”

Canada has a British Parliamentary system based on hierarchy. Canada is a Corporation with shareholders [bankers]. Directors [Senators] are appointed to oversee the officers. The officers [Members of Parliament] manage the day-to-day operation of the corporation to provide ever increasing dividends for the shareholders. The top officers are the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition and the Finance Minister. The directors [the Senators] only report to the shareholders of the corporation [bankers]. None answer to the people, only to the bankers.
The main duty of the officers of the corporation is to provide ever growing profits to the shareholders and to continue the illusion of freedom to the people. Harper often reminds the masses they have no rights, only privileges. Our Great Mother always reminds us to resist!

Blogger Ezra Levant ordered to pay additional $32,500 for libel

ShareThisBlogger and free speech activist Ezra Levant has been ordered by the Ontario Superior Court to pay an additional $32,500 in libel to human rights lawyer Giacomo Vigna.
Last November, Levant was ordered to pay $25,000 to Vigna for libel, citing his "reckless indifference" to the truth while writing blog posts about the Canadian Human Rights Commission lawyer.
Levant accused Vigna of lying to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, tampering with evidence, and suggested he'd been fired, the National Post reports. Justice Robert Smith ruled that Levant "spoke in reckless disregard of the truth and for an ulterior purpose of denormalizing the Human Rights Commission across Canada which makes his statements malicious in that sense."
In the first decision (published November 18, 2010), which you can read here, the judge dismissed some of the claims against Levant, but found that he defamed Vigna six times between March and May 2008. That Levant failed to check facts or seek Vigna's side of the story meant that he could not claim the new libel defence, introduced by the Supreme Court late last year, of "responsible communication on a matter of public interest."
In his newest decision, dated January 26, Justice Smith writes:
"Levant actively published the defamatory statements about Vigna as part of his campaign to denormalize the Human Rights Commissions, which was for another purpose and as a result, this amounted to malicious conduct on Levant's parts. I find that costs should be assessed on a substantial indemnity basis because Levant published defamatory statements about Vigna for an ulterior purpose and his actions were malicious…"
The judge also notes that the "legal issues involved in a defamation action are more complex than the typical lawsuit." He explains:
"A libel trial involves findings of defamation as well as consideration of the defences potentially applicable to each of the publications, including justification, fair comment, and whether the publications are protected by the defence of communication on a matter of public interest."
The Court also concluded that Levant was responsible for some of the complexity of the trial and larger-than-usual legal costs because 23 of his posts were under scrutiny. Vigna told the court that he sought more money in order to pay his lawyers' fees, which totalled more than $26,000.
The two decisions combined require Levant to pay Vigna $57,500, a direct result of his blog posts. The National Post reports that Levant plans to seek an appeal.

Canadian Senator Brazeau is Harper’s poster boy to add an Indian face to the appointed Senate. His women should remind him of this fact. He adopted new customs, language and ideologies. He is indistinguishable from the white culture he represents.

He is helping the economic royalist bankers steal our land and the ever-growing $4 trillion Indian Trust Fund stashed in Indian Affairs in Ottawa. Mark Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, is trying to siphon the loot over to the banker royalist syndicate in England. INTERPOL is now investigating him.
Brazeau, as Hank Williams advised: “Your cheatin’ heart will pine some day, and crave the love your threw away. The time will come when you’ll be blue. Your cheatin’ heart will tell on you.”

FYI: In our area, near the mighty Mississippi River that flows into the Ottawa River, we notice many small trees are dead. They break off quite easily leaving the ground bare and exposed to sunlight where there should be forest. The bigger older trees like the maples are all rotten in the middle. There are very few birch trees and the pine trees don't look so well either.

The historic drought of 2012, which continues to ravage over half of the contiguous US, has a new legacy: the death of hundreds of thousands of trees across the Midwest.

"I suspect we'll see trees still dying for the next two or three years." According to Beckerman, "Indiana's white cedar and Florida cypress trees began dying in late summer [...] and Alberta and Colorado blue spruce are succumbing now."
The latest Drought Monitor shows that 58% of the contiguous US remains in moderate or greater drought, with this past January month considered "the worst" since the Monitor began 13 years ago, said climatologist Mark Svoboda.
“We are going to be talking about drought for much of 2013 as little relief is being projected,” seconded Brian Fuchs, climatologist with the National Drought Mitigation Center at the University of Nebraska. “A lot of areas are going to go into this spring planting season with a deficit. We are seeing it already with winter wheat, and it is going to continue unless we see changes.

AIMer John Trudell stated over 40 years ago that nuclear war is now being waged against us. Never mind the threat from nuclear bombs. All the nuclear waste is an attack on humanity. Nuclear reactors are made to produce weaponable materials for perpetual wars of depopulation.
