Richard Cyr Passed in July 2013
Went home to his ancestors this July. Cancer got him. He was Ojibway- Anishinabe, from Canada and very irreverent. LOL But as a young man he took me under his wing. And got jobs for me singing at powwows. And I got paid very well, thanks to Richard. He was very well respected by many many Native Americans, and people from all races.
He was a beloved elder.
He had many many albums. This is one of his frequently played songs.
