Join Ms. Roberta Weighill she talks with Mr. Michael Cordero, Plaintiff in a lawsuit against American Indian Health & Services, after he and four other board members were wrongfully and forcibly removed from the Board of Directors over 4 years ago. Also joining the discussion is Eric Woosley, attorney for the Plaintiffs-“The argument was being made that the Coastal Band was not Indian Enough!” “….the ramifications went far beyond the case of these four individuals- it affected the entire Native American Community,”
Justice prevailed with the Judge ruling in favor of the Plaintiffs- however, the Defendants have filed an appeal
