Authorities say severe thunderstorms have churned up tornadoes in Oklahoma. Crews spotted a funnel cloud touching down 15 miles south of Oklahoma City, in Norman.

While authorities have not confirmed it at this point, it's fairly easy to see a large elephant-trunk tornado.

At least one person was hurt and a home was destroyed near the Kansas border. A tornado watch is in effect for most of state as strong storms roll through the Midwest-- bringing hail, heavy rain and strong winds.
