Pope Francis I, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, And The Jesuits

Pope Francis I, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, And The Jesuits

From
Breaking News from ITCCS Central: Friday, March 15, 2013 (The Ides of March)

International Arrest Warrant issued against Pope Francis I, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, for Crimes against Humanity and Child Trafficking

Italians and others are empowered to apprehend the new Pontiff

Brussels:

The same Common Law Court that tried and sentenced his predecessor and other church and state officials has today issued an Arrest Warrant against the first Jesuit Pope in history, Jorge Mario Bergoglio.

A signed and sealed copy of the Warrant is attached, and the text follows.

The Argentinian prelate assumed criminal liability and became subject to immediate arrest by occupying the Papal seat in the wake of the conviction of the Vatican as a criminal organization on February 25, 2013.

Bergoglio's role in the death of Argentinian citizens during that country's "Dirty War" and in the trafficking of the children of political prisoners also compelled the International Common Law Court of Justice to issue the Warrant today, which is one year in duration.

Italian and Argentinian citizens, and any man or woman, are authorized by the Warrant to be involved in Bergoglio's public detaining.

"The Pope is the head of a predatory power that is waging an undeclared, centuries-old war against the entire non-Catholic world" commented ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett today in Vancouver, where he delivered a copy of the Arrest Warrant to the Catholic Archdiocese office.

"Since we and our children are being assaulted by a corporation that is a law unto itself, we have the right to defend ourselves and detain or stop altogether those responsible, as in any war".

A Public Proclamation is being read out in twenty eight countries this week by ITCCS members, publicly banning those church and state officials who cannot be immediately arrested under these Warrants.

Citizens are encouraged to download and use the attached Warrant.

A people can value nothing greater than their own freedom and dignity, and must defend these with their last drop of blood. There is no duty as sacred and no higher law. The pernicious belief that one can secure these without conflict and by avoiding danger is both false and poisonous. Danger can only be met with virile courage joined with a calm and firm resolve and a clear conscience. These virtues alone form the true leaders of a people and bring into being the martial forces that can win the deepest and cherished dreams of humanity.

Public Banning Order to be issued by the Common Law Court of Justice against Pope, Cardinals, and Archbishop Wilfrid Napier for aiding and encouraging child rape

Brussels:
After evading arrest by lawful Common Law Court officers, over thirty officials of church and state now face permanent banishment from their communities during Easter Week for being wanted criminals who are a danger to children everywhere.
These officers include Pope Francis I and former Pope Joseph Ratzinger, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Queen Elizabeth Windsor of England, all of whom were ordered detained by Citizen Arrest Warrants issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice on March 5 and 13, 2013.
"They have defied the law and lawful arrest, so therefore they are declared to be public enemies who are no longer welcome or allowed in our communities" explained Rev. Kevin Annett, who presented the evidence to the Court that convicted the guilty.
And now, a South African Catholic Archbishop who elected Pope Francis 1 has joined the ranks of officials who have been so banished.
After stating publicly that child rape is not a crime, and thereby endangering children in his community, the Archbishop of Durban, South Africa, Wilfrid Napier, has joined the ranks of over thirty church and state officials who as of Palm Sunday, March 24, will be declared banished from their communities by order of the Common Law Court of Justice.
This Banishment Proclamation was issued today and is enclosed. It will be read and posted at catholic churches around the world on Sunday, March 24, and during Easter Week.
The persons named in this Banishment are no longer welcome or allowed in any church or public facility, and are ordered to avoid contact with any child or victim of church violence.
If the guilty do not abide by this Public Banishment, they can be detained and arrested by any Citizen, with or without a Citizen Arrest Warrant.
The ITCCS calls upon the citizens of the world and all ITCCS affiliates to enforce this Banishment by doing the following:
1. Post the enclosed Banishment Proclamation on Catholic and Protestant churches and other facilities throughout the world starting next Sunday, March 24.
2. Occupy these churches and government offices to ensure that the guilty criminals have no contact with children and other vulnerable people.
3. Inform the local police that these criminals are evading Citizens' Arrest and are a threat to the community and to the safety of children.
4. Monitor the actions and movements of these guilty men and women, and known child rapists, and detain them if possible.
Further notices concerning the actions of ITCCS groups in twenty one countries during Easter Week will follow shortly.

MNN. Mar. 18, 2013. The Jesuits have always been the storm troopers of the Catholic Church. They came to the Western Hemisphere to “spread the lie of male hierarchy”.  The real reason is to use bio-weapons and all means of mass murder. The Western Hemisphere is to be the Zion of the Christian prophetic teaching. All Indigenous people would have to be assimilated or murdered into their vision. Christians, according to the Book of Genesis, state, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth … and God said, Let us make man in our image…”.
Eat your heart out, girls!
The Pope likes Prada, but i like Armani, girls!
Today we have old men wearing dresses pretending they are the moral authority. They are trying to force a man-made hierarchical world view on everyone. It’s unnatural doctrines include things made good, even though they are obviously evil.
Our opening thanksgiving  ( Ohenten Kariwatkwa )  places us in an Interdependent system of relations that tie all elements of the natural world together – plants, animals, people, sun, moon. We are all equal. The inner core of our knowledge system guides us. Our culture provides an insight into real consciousness coming from our ancestors. The natural world sustains us. We are still here because of the insight of our ancestors.
Turtle Island

Many of our people wanted to get along with these men in dresses. Now the artificial and treasonous Indian governments [band councils] know their job is to continue the biggest holocaust in history. They sacrifice traditional values to live as conquered people at the bottom of colonial society. They accept the male hierarchal assumptions which go against natural law.
Brebeuf: Remember to tell everybody back home!
Brebeuf: Remember to tell everybody back home!
We saw the false consciousness of the scheming visitors who hold the cross in front and behind their backs are the small pox infested blankets. We Haudenosaunee caught them mapping out our territories, acting as the intelligence arm of the military. We tried them and found them guilty of spying. They did not want to return to Europe for punishment according to the Two Row Wampum agreement. They chose to be executed here as  martyrs by being burnt at the stake.
Their legacy is the CIA, MI5 and the Mossad which continue the genocide programs worldwide to all Indigenous.
We spend our lives developing our personal relationship with the whole universe. Our way of life on Great Turtle Island is valid and non-compromising. We are free in body, mind and spirit to spread the truth to all peoples of the world. We are all children of Mother Earth. The power is in putting our minds together. The peace is to live together in harmony with each other and the natural world by balancing the female and male energy.

Aaniin,

Our relatives in Canada, and around the world, need our voices in the coming days as the fate of the Keystone Xl Pipeline is set to be decided by the US Senate on Tuesday. The vote will be close. ALL of our voices are needed to call on Minnesota State Senators Al Franken and Amy Klobuchar to oppose the Keystone XL Pipeline. The Tar Sands are destroying the homelands, and poisoning the communities of our Cree relatives, and contributing to global warming. Those Red Lakers have been camping on top of a Tar Sands Pipeline that illegally crosses their territory for over a week now. We need to tell these senators to LISTEN to us.

Tar Sands Kill, Pipelines Spill! Call Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken today Click here to get the number and make your call: act.350.org/call/kxl-swing-calls-2013/

See below for a sample letter you can send to your Senators

Last month I was honored to bring my two teenage sons and my lovely staff to DC to stand with Crystal Lameman, Melina Laboucan-Massimo, other great organizers who are working to fight the Tar Sands, including out friends t 350.org. Along with 45,000 other people, we had a demonstration calling for President Obama to say NO to the pipeline. No to blood oil. That was a great privilege, and there is a way for everyone who couldn’t travel to DC to be heard now too.

It’s time for our representatives in Congress stand with Canadian First Nations communities, to stand with Red Lake, to stand with their constituents across Minnesota, and with communities around the world that are experiencing the devastating impacts of climate change as I type. They need to stop this pipeline, give Senator Klobuchar and Senator Franken a call and let them know:act.350.org/call/kxl-swing-calls-2013/

Onaabani-Giizis, 18, 2013

Aaniin, Senators Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken,

Our relatives in Canada, and your constituents in Minnesota need your
voices in the coming days as the fate of the Keystone Xl Pipeline is set to be
decided by you and your colleagues in the US Senate on Tuesday. The vote will
be close. I need you to do the right thing for the wellbeing of all of us. Lobbyists
have been working hard in Washington, I know this, but I need you to stand with
your constituents, and with those communities dying and being poisoned by the
Tar Sands operations in Canada. Stand also with communities experiencing the
devastating impacts of global warming. Finally, do not buy the claims of jobs for
our future. We need you to be courageous and move towards and economy for
Minnesotan’s and for America which will be green, and will be sustainable, not an
economy which wastes our precious financial, political, economic and ecological
resources, for the benefit of a few.

The best way to ensure National security is by voting NO on proposals like
the Keystone XL Pipeline. Keystone XL will not lessen U.S. dependence on foreign
oil, but transport Canadian oil to American refineries for export to overseas markets.
U.S. demand for oil has been declining since 2007. In fact, the Energy Deptartment
report on KeystoneXL found that decreasing demand through fuel efficiency
is the only way to reduce mid-east oil imports with or without the pipeline. In
a study funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, a group of retired four-star generals
and admirals concluded that climate change, if not addressed, will be the greatest
threat to national security due to it’s role in speeding up global warming, and
increasing dependence on foreign oil sources.

With Midwest and Minnesotan farmers already seeing increasing economic
strain as record droughts occur in the Midwest, we can’t afford to drive fuel
prices up for them – and that is just what this pipeline will do. According to an
independent analysis U.S. farmers, who spent $12.4 billion on fuel in 2009 could
see expenses rise to $15 billion or higher in 2012 or 2013 if the pipeline goes
through. Independent analysis of these figures found this would increase per-gallon
prices by 20 cents/gallon in the Midwest.

In 2008, TransCanada’s Presidential Permit application for Keystone XL to the
State Department indicated “a peak workforce of approximately 3,500 to 4,200
construction personnel” to build the pipeline. These firgures draw form a 2011
report commissioned by TransCanada that estimates 20,000 “person-years”
of employment based on a non-public forecast model using undisclosed inputs

provided by TransCanada. According to TransCanada’s own data, just 11% of the
construction jobs on the Keystone I pipeline in South Dakota were filled by South
Dakotans–most of them for temporary, low-paying manual labor. A few temporary,
low-wage jobs is not a good exchange for the devastation this pipeline will
wreak on, indeed, the sustainability and health of our Midwest economies. But
don’t just take it from me. Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) and the Transport
Workers Union (TWU) both oppose the pipeline. Their August 2011 statement:

“We need jobs, but not ones based on increasing our reliance on Tar
Sands oil. There is no shortage of water and sewage pipelines that need
to be fixed or replaced, bridges and tunnels that are in need of emergency
repair, transportation infrastructure that needs to be renewed and
developed. Many jobs could also be created in energy conservation,
upgrading the grid, maintaining and expanding public transportation—
jobs that can help us reduce air pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and
improve energy efficiency.”

TransCanada predicted that the Keystone I pipeline would see one spill in 7
years. In fact, there have been 12 spills in 1 year. The company was ordered
to dig up 10 sections of pipe after government-ordered tests indicated that
defective steel may have been used. KeystoneXL will use steel from the same Indian
manufacturer. And this pipeline is to cross through the Ogallala aquifer, and wildlife
habitat, though waters where my people harvest fish and rice?

Those Red Lakers have been camping on top of a Tar Sands Pipeline that illegally
crosses their territory for over a week now. We need you to tell these President
Obama to LISTEN to us. That Red Lake pipeline has already leaked more than

once. We’ve already seen drought cross our land and impact our agriculture in
the Midwest. You would be acting in the best interest of your constituents, by
responsibly responding to our call to say NO to the Keystone XL pipeline.

I need you to oppose the Keystone XL Pipeline. I’ve seen the devastation this causes,
and I will not participate in the eradication of the communities and cultures in
Northern Alberta Canada for temporary profit and job creation. I’ve worked hard
for over 20 years in my community of White Earth to build a sustainable food and
energy economy, to show Tribal government, and State Govt, and National Govt
what wealth looks like. What long-term, sustainable, sound economy planning looks
like. What honoring the Earth, and Indigenous cultures looks like. And I need you to

do this with me.

Last month I was honored to bring my two teenage sons and my lovely staff to DC
to stand with Crystal Lameman, Melina Laboucan-Massimo, other great organizers
who are working to fight the Tar Sands, including out friends t 350.org. Along
with 45,000 other people, and many more across the United States, we had a
demonstration calling for President Obama to say NO to the pipeline. The State

Department Environmental Impact Statement fails to adequately analyze lifecycle
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions caused by the pipeline. The EIS estimates that
the additional annual GHG emissions from the proposed pipeline could range
from an additional “12-23 million metric tons of CO2 equivalent… (roughly
the equivalent of annual emissions from 2 to 4 coal-fired power plants)” over
conventional crude oil from the Middle East. This will have devastating impacts on

our atmosphere in a time when we are ALREADY experiencing the impacts of global
warming. Minnesotans and Indigenous communities were two of the largest groups
represented at this rally. We need our elected officials to stand behind us.

It’s time for our representatives in the Senate to stand with Canadian First Nations
communities, to stand with Red Lake, to stand with their constituents across
Minnesota, and with communities around the world that are experiencing the
devastating impacts of climate change. To secure a sustainable future for the next
generations, and for our generation.

Accidental fall claims political activist ‘From Attica To Gustafsen Lake’

Accidental fall claims political activist

‘From Attica To Gustafsen Lake’
 - John Boncore -

John Boncore
Kamloops News
March 16, 2013

By Mike Youds
Daily News Staff Reporter
His native name was Dacajeweiah, or Splitting the Sky, a name that John Boncore took to heart through a lifetime of political activism.
A Chase resident, Boncore, 61, was found dead on Wednesday on a path on the Adams Lake Indian Reserve near his home. He is believed to have fallen on cement steps and may have suffered a blow to the head.
Chase RCMP handed over the sudden-death investigation to coroner Terry Dixon.
“We don’t suspect foul play,” said Const. Jonathan Spooner. “We found nothing criminal or suspicious.”
Results of an autopsy won’t be known for some time, said Boncore’s wife, Sandra Bruderer.
Boncore is also survived by his six children, five grandchildren and an extended family back east. As well, he leaves a considerable legacy of civil disobedience that earned him recognition around the world.
Also known as John Hill, or Dac for short, Boncore will be remembered as an individual who stood up for all that he saw as tyranny and injustice. He shouted from the ramparts for native peoples, principally, but also for humanity as a whole. He made headlines four years ago as the man who was arrested trying to make a citizen’s arrest of U.S. President George W. Bush on a visit to Calgary four years ago.
More recently, Boncore had galvanized native resistance in northern B.C. to the proposed Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline.
“Believe it or not, a lot of people in Alberta are very concerned about the pipeline,” said Larry McKillop, a Calgary friend. “John was a bit of a hero to us.”
“He was never cut and dried,” Bruderer said on Friday.
According to a biography penned a decade ago by John Steinbach, Boncore’s early life sowed the seeds of his activist spirit. He was born in New York City of Mohawk/Cree and Italian-American parents. His father, a painter, and 11 other co-workers died in 1958 after they were sent into a storage tank at U.S. Rubber without respirators. The family was left destitute. Boncore and his five siblings were forcibly removed from their mother and sent into foster care.
Boncore found it degrading and oppressive, and was soon branded as incorrigible. He wound up living in the street. He robbed a store in desperation and was sentenced to four years in prison on his first conviction.
At 19, he landed in Attica Prison, notorious for brutality and overcrowding, and he became the leader of the bloodiest prison revolt in U.S. history. Despite a lack of evidence, Boncore was sentenced to another 20 years and narrowly escaped execution over the death of a prison guard. He survived several assassination attempts on the inside before being pardoned in 1979.
Boncore became active in the anti-nuclear and American Indian movements in the 1980s and ’90s. It would take a book to describe all of his exploits, and he wrote one with Bruderer a few years ago. It’s called From Attica to Gustafsen Lake. He was one of the sundancers caught in a standoff with police near 100 Mile House in 1995.
He was also an actor in recent years with roles in the TV series Men In Trees and Da Vinci’s City Hall,, and in films including The Last Rites of Ransom Pride and Deepwater, shot in Clearwater in 2005.
The man had a knack for uniting people in resistance to authority.
"The thing about it, I'd been a public speaker for 32 years,” he told The Daily News in 2006. “I'd spoken at all of the major colleges, at Yale and Harvard. I'd had thousands of public speaking engagements. I was able to bring people to their feet. I'm a fiery deliverer."

Tell Obama To Stop Keystone

CREDO action
This is our last chance to officially weigh in on the State Department's latest sham review of Keystone XL. We need to go huge in urging President Obama to reject Keystone XL.
Sign the petition ►
Dear David,
On Friday, the State Department launched a 45-day official public comment period on the Obama administration's latest sham review of the Keystone XL Pipeline.
The clock is now ticking on what will likely be our last chance to officially weigh in on the "game over for the climate" Obama Tar Sands pipeline, before the president makes his decision later this year.
The recently released Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement that is the subject of these comments ignored the pipeline's significant risk for toxic spills, ignored its catastrophic impacts on our climate,1 and ignored the clear consensus among financial analysts and oil executives who agree Keystone XL will make the difference in tar sands development.2
We need a response that will make clear to the Obama administration that Americans oppose the Keystone XL pipeline.
This assessment was simply a vehicle for the White House to see if we would be silent in the face of it's misguided and cynical reasoning: that we should let the bankers and the oil companies profit while the planet inevitably burns. That Canadian tar sands are going to get burned anyway, so while the government's chief climate scientist's assertion that Keystone XL will spell 'game over' for the climate may be true,3 it is is essentially irrelevant.
This is coward's logic. And we will not be silent in the face of it.
To be honest, it's not clear if any amount of pressure through official channels will be enough to get the administration to change course. After yet another fatally flawed review of Keystone XL, and perhaps more shockingly, the revelation last week that the State Department is once again farming out its analysis to oil industry contractors paid by the likes of TransCanada,4 ExxonMobil and Koch Industries5, our faith in the Obama administration to listen to either science or the public is diminishing.
That's why we have escalated our tactics by launching the Pledge of Resistance to Keystone XL where nearly 50,000 people have already committed to engage in civil disobedience if President Obama takes the next step toward approval of Keystone XL.
But we have to do everything in our power to stop this thing. And that means going as big as we can during this official comment period, to convince President Obama to reject Keystone XL; so we do not need to escalate our tactics against it, and so we have a better shot at preserving a livable planet. Please submit a public comment urging President Obama to reject Keystone XL, and ask your friends to do the same:
