Cheyenne was stolen while people watched thinking that the owner had bought a new trailer. You need to read this one! Make note of the unique marking on his hip that looks like a 9.

NetPosse.com IDAHO Alert MD: RECOVERED!! Black Quarter Horse Gelding Missing from Montgomery County - Oct. 20, 2009
The last two days have been hectic with all the reports flooding in, but NETPOSSE WORKS! Troopers friends and family have searched for him for a week ... today he magically appeared back in his pasture! Thanks to all who continued to look for him and forward NetPosse alerts. When the heat was on the horse came home!

Trooper Jess, a 25-yr-old retired eventing horse, is a large black quarter horse with a blaze that twists to the left of his face. He also has a brand on his left hip: "TJ".
His owner has been searching frantically for him, and though he's been sighted three times, he is still on the loose. Please note that someone might catch him and not know how to contact his owner, so we need everyone's help in distributing his flyers and forwarding this alert.

NetPosse.com IDAHO Alert GA: FOUND - Dun Appaloosa Mare Missing from Hall/Lumpkin County - Oct 23, 2009
Following the recovery of Trooper Jess earlier today, it is incredibly hard to follow up with this news ... Nova was found this evening in her pasture deceased. Her owner is heartbroken as expected. While we always want closure, we prefer to have happy endings. Please visit Nova's page to read Carolyn's appreciation for all we did to try and find Nova. The outpouring of support was incredible, and she has no doubt Nova would have been found had she been stolen. ~ Angela

More info:Nova, a dun appaloosa with a snowflake rump and dorsal stripe disappeared from an 80-acre pasture in Gainesville, GA (Hall County/Lumpkin County Line). Extensive search over two days has turned up nothing but none of the other horses were touched.
